DESCRIPTION

TOTOLINK X2000R before V1.0.0-B20231213.1013 is vulnerable to Cross Site Scripting (XSS) via the VPN Page. TOTOLINK of x2000r Firmware has a cross-site scripting vulnerability.Information may be obtained and information may be tampered with. TOTOLINK X2000R is a WiFi 6 router launched by China Jiong Electronics. It supports Gigabit network and Easy Mesh functions, and has multi-device connection and wireless expansion capabilities. TOTOLINK X2000R has a cross-site scripting vulnerability. The vulnerability is caused by the lack of effective filtering and escaping of user-provided data on the VPN Page. Attackers can exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary web scripts or HTML by injecting carefully designed payloads
