TITLE

Apple tvOS Resource Management Error Vulnerability

Trust: 0.6

sources: CNNVD: CNNVD-202205-3520

DESCRIPTION

A use after free issue was addressed with improved memory management. This issue is fixed in tvOS 15.5, watchOS 8.6, iOS 15.5 and iPadOS 15.5, macOS Monterey 12.4, Safari 15.5, iTunes 12.12.4 for Windows. Processing maliciously crafted web content may lead to arbitrary code execution. Apple WebKit has a resource management error vulnerability, which stems from a use-after-free bug in WebKit's handling of HTML content. A remote attacker could trick a victim into visiting a specially crafted website, triggering memory corruption and executing arbitrary code on the system. macOS Monterey 12.4. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA256 APPLE-SA-2022-05-16-1 iOS 15.5 and iPadOS 15.5 iOS 15.5 and iPadOS 15.5 addresses the following issues.
