DESCRIPTION

Out-of-bounds write in the Intel(R) Kernelflinger project may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access. Intel(R) Kernelflinger Exists in an out-of-bounds write vulnerability.Information is obtained, information is tampered with, and service operation is interrupted. (DoS) It may be in a state. Intel Kernelflinger is an Intel Uefi bootloader for Android/Brillo from Intel Corporation. A security vulnerability exists in the Intel Kernelflinger open source project, which stems from a potential security vulnerability in the Kernelflinger open source project maintained by Intel. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to allow privilege escalation
