DESCRIPTION

Apple Type Services (ATS) in Apple OS X before 10.12 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service (memory corruption) via a crafted font file. Apple Mac OS X is prone to multiple security vulnerabilities. Attackers can exploit these issues to execute arbitrary code, gain sensitive information, cause denial-of-service conditions, bypass security restrictions, and perform unauthorized actions. This may aid in other attacks. These issues are fixed in: Apple macOS 10.12. Apple Type Service (ATS) is one such font type service
